In the latest news of the strange and unexplained; the occult is suspected in grave robbery. Unexplained noises down under. And, the Jade Helm conspiracy theory explained.
Nosferatu director’s head reportedly stolen
From The Guardian
The grave-robbing occurred in Stahnsdorf, about 12 miles south-west of central Berlin, Germany according to Variety. Wax residue is said to have been found near the grave, suggesting that candles had been lit, and a possible occult motive for the theft. FW Murnau was best known for the expressionist classic 1922 black-and-white vampire horror, later remade by Werner Herzog.
The director died in a car crash at the age of 42 in California in 1931 and was buried in his native Germany. Der Spiegel reports that the cemetery overseers are considering whether to seal Murnau’s grave. They added that this is not the first time that it has been disturbed.
New Zealand Becomes Home to Latest Wave of ‘Mystery Booms’
Many residents of Whanganui have reported hearing a loud, thundering “boom” which caused some to feel their homes shaking. John Ristau, an area seismologist, also told the New Zealand Herald that minor seismic readings above background levels were reported at that time. A small earthquake was considered unlikely as a source, however.
However, the western coastal town has not been the only location where such noises have been reported. In previous weeks, Auckland and surrounding areas have been home to a rash of similar reports, which generally occur at night between 10 and 11 PM.
The wild conspiracy theories surrounding plans for a SOCOM military exercise in Texas
From The Daily Mail
To hear theorists tell it, a labyrinth of tunnels is being built under Walmart stores for military attacks on civilians, and an orchestrated financial crisis will lead to martial law, U.S. troops patrolling chaotic streets, and a dictatorship under President Barack Obama. These and similar tales have gained currency in recent months among a small but powerful group of anti-government Texas voters in the run-up to planned military training drills in the West and Southwest, including in the Lone Star state.
The U.S. Army Special Operations Command exercise, called Jade Helm 15, has brought a broader suspicion of the federal government that has run deep in Texas for years to the forefront, particularly in Bastrop. These military maneuvers are scheduled from July 15th to September 15th.
